Mom was a stay at home mom. Dad owned his own tool and die shop. I’ve been self employed for 32 years.

Named after my Grandmothers, Dorothy was a sax player in a swing band playing in all the speakeasy’s in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Rose was one of the 1st female bartenders in Manhattan. Needless to say I’m not a tea toddler.

No set profession. Mom had tons of jobs til she stopped working & Dad worked at a truckstop til he moved to a factory a few years ago. I'm a 911 dispatcher, for now.

My mom was a nurse and then became a “homemaker” and my dad was a lawyer and then ran a futures/trading company. I am in law enforcement and security. Also, I just applied to law school. Hoping to work in human rights.
