Well she got helped up by another angel. I think they kept it in to signify if one woman falls another woman should be there to help lift her up.

Everyone knew she fell a week or so before. So why edit it out? I could possibly see not showing her crying, but it's a very real moment. Editing it out is like photoshopping. It takes away from what's actually real.
