I don’t think I’ll ever be a person who enjoys working out/exercise. That was literal hell.

An option I recommend is “couch to 5k”. It starts off super easy. And if it means you have to walk and jog instead of jog and sprint; or if you need to repeat a week 4 times; so be it.
