Do you have anything over locked? First thing on instability is disable everything overclocked. Go to windows power settings, but advanced, and scroll to CPU min and max clock, set them both to 95% to troubleshoot. Get a free hardware monitor (I recommend Speccy) to check temp.

Phone keeps “fixing” overclocked, I apologize. If nothing is overclocked the next culprit could be overheating or RAM failing. I’d bank on overheating next. See if any temperatures, CPU, GPU, or HDD, go, and stay above 80°C.
