So I’m trying to think of interesting ways to help my guild market itself. To attract and retain stronger players so we can more consistently raid higher tiered content. It’s similar to building a business tbh. Lol.

Except there’s no financial payoff at the end. It’s just to have a better raid group and more consistently higher quality players.

There are a LOT of people in WoW that not only are not so great at mechanical gaming, but don’t want to even try to get better. That any effort put into the game beyond logging in implies “work”.

And that’s fine. WoW has a lot of content for a lot of people. But for me, I prefer to game at a high level of play requiring mechanical skill.

I tend to raid with my main in my guilds alt runs lol. My work schedule always changes so it’s easier for me also, I like to do basically everything
