Just in: lawmaker Cheng Chung-tai is arrested for conspiracy of criminal damage on July 1 in Legco, per activist Wong Yueng-tat. Protesters stormed Legco on July 1 evening. News footage showed Cheng talked with some protesters. Cheng's held in Tai Po police station now.
