Right-to-shelter covers everyone in our city seeking shelter. Accelerating people's transitions from shelters to permanent housing should be our top priority thru changes to CityFHEPS eligibility and other policies, so we reduce the strain on our system. Let's not be distracted.

Last week, police killed Tortuguita, a climate justice protester in Atlanta who was defending a forest set to be destroyed for Cop City, a police training center. I am calling for an independent investigation into their death. There must be accountability.
