Is it better to do one thing that is a sin in many religions at once, or to commit sins only if they are specific to one religion ?

the former I think, since the goal is to trigger a bureaucratic turf war; but it should be something where they disagree about the sentences
preferably, they should not even reach an agreement over how long your sentence is going to be
