yes, but it's an atom feed (superior protocol and most/all rss readers also support atom), linked here:

atom is basically rss but with sane html embedding and slightly different tag names

try implementing a feed and you'll quickly notice it (also I was following the advice of a friend who has good taste in formats)
my site is a number of text files and build scripts written in redo, a bit, uh, idiosyncratic but fun

this is the current code for the linklog feed btw (cheating a bit since I have full control over input, but still)
