inertia, I've never run tweetdeck (also I suspect most of my readers also use the web client, so I write for that)

I did try it but I haven't found many good ways to use it yet, lacks ways to comment on individual tweets and is cumbersome to use

I use it for search columns for things I follow, lists, user columns, the Activity column surfaces tons of good stuff, too
