I wouldn't say Bender's Big score is about time travel. Neither the Time Machine, despite the title. Nor much of Dr Who.

hm right, the Time Machine was much more about travel than causality; maybe constrain it to modern plots?
speaking of which, what was the first story to do a proper time travel plot with potential paradoxes?

To me the Time Machine is mostly a description of a future society and the travelling bit is essentially a framing device...

There's a bit more time travel at the end but it's secondary, if I recall correctly (It's been a while since I read it)
