btw, razor #1 would have you choose over A over B as long as the number of assumptions is similar/same

"enough" as in there's a really large cluster of observations explained by A, and little enough that needs B

I guess one can come up with "razors" related to most cognitive values. They do not always pull in the same direction though.

That's precisely when the situation gets interesting! Also when various values are unable to tie-break theory choice.
