Firefox is becoming the kind of a program I want to automatically SIGSTOP when not looking at it. Sadly, I like other browsers much less.

For XMonad, there's also git.animux.de/XMonadContrib/ but I haven't tested it and my script serves me well.

one thing to watch out for: don't do this with urxvtcd, all the terminal windows share a pid.
