i love seeing shit like this -- spectrogram lines at ~16 kHz -- because it means that there was a CRT TV running in the studio when it was recorded lmfao

otoh, i have no idea what's up with the line at 21 kHz. maybe a mastering artifact? shows up on many of the tracks on the same album.
