You should have received an email and an info in Creator Studio, including detailed resources and next steps on what do. If you were removed from YPP for policy reasons, you can always reapply in 30 days.
That happened since more years before and I don’t know now how to solve it and re-active it to use my YouTube channel. I need an email to connect with YouTube team and send the details.
