Saw a joke earlier today that's as good as anything else as an example of what it looks like when rule 1 gets invoked HTTPS has no consensus or obvious pronunciation, but could be "hot tips" (5 morae) or "hottie piss" (4 morae). Per rule 1, it probably would never be hottie piss
