ya I've wrote it a bit but kind of soured on it. the syntax is all over the place and there's too much language already
rust's biggest problem is it's an ideological battleground between ruby people, C++ people, and haskell people
Totally fair. I'm primarily a C programmer, and found rust infuriating. Steep learning curve, complicated syntax, etc. After powering through that phase I've really started to like it more and more. I'm unconvinced I'll achieve widespread adoption though.
