lord have mercy on me I'm going to have to debug vimscript files because something about ocaml syntax support keeps throwing me out of vi compatibility mode
I initially set it to force myself to use hjkl instead of relying on arrow keys, then just got used to it

Have you treated yourself to a Das Keyboard yet?
-
(say no and he'll send you a free one)
-
I need to get a new keyboard actually
-
I've been using a $10 ps/2 one with the squishy rubber things but my spacebar lever broke
-
so when I press it it doesn't come back up and if I so much as graze it it spams space characters
-
I've been wanting to get a "wasd keyboards" keyboard but idk which switches
-
basically because they offer this cool centered printed key layout with symbolspic.twitter.com/2GfYhGWWyV
-
but I'd want to put the caps lock icon on the esc key and an esc graphic on the caps key (bc that's how I rebind it) which would necessitate learning a vector graphics program

I appreciate minimalism, I refuse to use plugins and my .vimrc is short enough to reproduce from memory
