like in 2014 or so it was cool enlightening discussion discovering new things etc etc now it's mostly cackling and throwing peanuts at the deranged humans in the zoo

I find I don't actually self-censor on topics I care about or think are crucial (partially because I talk about them in such broad scope/abstractions the type to get offended don't know what I mean)

Yeah, I’ve noticed that haha. I try to be more careful, since my employer gets pulled into conversations surprisingly quickly. So many « Uber employee says: » quote tweets.

it's just until/unless I start a company then who I am and what I do for work are entirely separable concerns, so I maintain such a separation
