finally got my editing workflow down to perfection

copy is easy reading, make all changes to the original, repeat copy/join as necessary

the only way to improve this would be if the reading copy auto-refreshed but that would require vimscript or writing my own editor probably

(I do think about writing my own editor more often than is safe)

basically I'd want standard vi plus: full undo tree, gracefully handle arbitrarily large files, vim buffers, new mode to manage views xmonad-style

In sublime you can just do Cmd-a, Cmd-j to do the join, if you weren't using that already
-
Nm, I didn't realize that Cmd-j didn't preserve paragraphs. Too bad.
-
in vim I set textwidth={80,bignum} depending if I want for reading or submission copy, then gqG from the top. preserves paragraphs

I think 3/4 of its written: would visual-line-mode + https://github.com/andersjohansson/tex-fold-linebreaks … help?
-
(+ evil-mode, and this is how people end up in Emacs)
