honestly I feel bad for her tho, she worked at this company for two decades, was global head of HR
based on the quote she got fired for it seems like she took seriously the "diversity is good for business because varied perspectives" line
her mistake was saying "ah well if that's the reason then we can optimize for varied perspectives directly?" and getting wrecked for it
which all indicates to me she was operating in good faith and did not understand the political doubletalk she got herself mired in
