I got yelled at FOR 3 YRS by angry customers for everything from cracked screens to malware at Genius Bar. I still use what I learned.

I get really sick of people looking down on help desk. Those folks are doing the lord's work. Dealing with frustrated users is THE WORST.

became kind of a neighborhood institution, regulars would drop by just to chat or to get advice/help on random tech things
