How do you sell this in a land of jerkoff certs & people who need to justify their own existence? I've had trouble cashing in on this.

Ive worked my way up to being IT Manager & a Security Officer at an ivy. Can't leave though, private sector won't even look at my resume.

It's a real problem, and some of the best people I know in this field are stuck languishing in low level support due to this.
