Saw similar trend in copycat suicides. Only stopped when media halted in depth coverage.

Such BS The Mass Shooting society emerged with the decline in family values, radical liberal indoctination in our Schools, lack of consequences for crime, violent video games and hollyweird violence on TV and movies. A society where our youth are not taught respectpic.twitter.com/omhTXrmPeC

Also I remember my high school had a gun and shooting club up until the early 80s. People posed in the club yearbook photo armed to the teeth. No issues. I’m guessing many school had those.

Actually most of the mass shootings are in schools, and there are fewer school shootings now than there were in the 90's. Just the media coverage has focused on it.

Interesting in the last 2 school shootings one used a shotgun and revolver and in the other just revolvers. Interesting that semi automatic rifles been available since 1885 and semi automatic handgun’s have been available since 1892. This is a moral issue, not a gun issue.

Crazy how people keep claiming mass shootings took off because of semi automatic rifles when in fact rifles of any kind are almost never used in crimes of any kind. More deaths by blunt instruments like hammers and shovels than by rifles...

No the inclination for violence and being lower income. I realize that gets into areas that people aren't comfortable with though.
