it aint just code. experiment, calculations, gathering results, paper writing. Grad students are the unsung, overworked, underpaid heroes of institutional research. And everyone knows it. Post docs are sort of a close second.

So women get imposter syndrome when 1 of 500 comments is negative, that comment(er) gets whammied by everyone else, retracts and apologises and says this was about team leads taking credit. OK then, I guess. How about getting whammied due to allegedly wrong shirt?
