this is extremely First World Problems but a Sephora rep scanned a bunch of products for me to look at later and I can't find them in my account anywhere now I have to try to remember the product names *and* colors

and not only am I anxious as a customer but I'm also trying to figure out where the transaction failed in their backend systems because I can't stop

I think their backend servers are slow for whatever reason. It takes awhile before I receive a rest password email from them
