this is extremely First World Problems but a Sephora rep scanned a bunch of products for me to look at later and I can't find them in my account anywhere now I have to try to remember the product names *and* colors

update: support says the items should be in my cart. they are not. but! I do have an email summary from them. so the mail queues worked at least :v
