update: support says the items should be in my cart. they are not. but! I do have an email summary from them. so the mail queues worked at least :v

There aught to be a word for the frustration of not being able to investigate or fix proprietary technology. How about Prop Blocked, Closed-lined, or NUSPI (no user servicible parts inside)?
