Maybe its a foreigner's perspective but being rude to a President is disrespectful to the office of the Presidency. It's the same as the rude congressman who called out to President Obama "you lie" when he addressed congress.https://twitter.com/michaeldweiss/status/1060224260612927488 …

If the president is a liar, a crook, a womanizer, with zero manners, he is not fit for the dignity of the office of the presidency. That's like saying we should have respected slaughter-master Sani Abacha of Nigeria because he was a general. Just no.

Added to which, nothing in Jim Acosta's questions, behaviour, tone or manner were remotely rude.

It's definitely a foreigner's perspective... & a big miscalculation by KSA & UAE. Trump is not acting presidential, nor does he have the power that a King has. He has attempted to breach the law & act above it. The press (free speech) & country have a duty to check his power.

He just lost the Congress - who will now push forward investigating him on EVERY law he et al have breached. This will also bring MbS into the fold. Things are about to get VERY messy. But this is what happens when people try to abuse their power in a democracy. Watch and learn.

There is nothing to learn here except that hot shot owners of the media outlets assume they have the right to override the people's choice and demonize anyone they don't like.

People's choice?? No sweetie, it is likely that Trump's presidency will actually be declared invalid and void when all is said and done. Trump et al are all in a LOT of legal trouble right now, he is not an honest man. That is why he's acting so crazy, he's scared.

Not sure I’d agree the guy was being rude here. All what this video tells me is that things are going to get ugly in the US. America deserves better than this. I hope Saudi Arabia is prepared this will have on them.

But @Acosta wasn't heckling Trump, as was the congressman with Obama--he was asking legitimate questions in the proper forum. Question-asking is a foundation of freedom of the press. Trump was the one relying on name-calling & personal attacks, like a would-be demagogue.
