“Officials who ordered this criminal & almost laughably incompetent outrage were also MBS’s most aggressive advisors & were particularly uncompromising toward domestic dissent. They have now been fired,” because of “global outrage at the Khashoggi murder.”http://www.arabiafoundation.org/arabia-comment/saudi-arabia-post-the-khashoggi-tragedy/ …

They were not fired because of the global outrage but because of the murder act itself and are being investigated by the prosecution.

They were fired (sacrificed) because of the outrage. Everyone knows this and it’s absurd to claim otherwise. The outrage is what forced embarrassed Western allies to put such pressure on KSA. Without it the suspects would still be in place and the issue a long-forgotten footnote.

The article was very well written except for this inference that the Crown Prince is weak and was manipulated by his advisors

At least they were fired whether because of the outrage or because of their murder act, but the funny thing is that Ordogan who calls for justice has more than 2000 judges and prosecutors in his prisons for refusing to prosecute innocentspic.twitter.com/RWQrHmb100

The entire prosecution procedure is barbaric and out of date! The tweet and words that take you to the jail and eventually the grave is a clear evidence of the weakness of the Saudi establishment. Once you live here with us and see yourself you will definitely realise it is disg

Never forget. Saudi govt lied about the murder to the world for more than two weeks. It goes all the way to the top.

We also need the Turkish Governemt to expose all they have on the case. Holding details is not helpful.

Leave the Turkish govt alone. They are executing the famous thousand cuts by leaking one bit at a time. Jim Baker used to tell me it is more effective than a one time blow
