Finally got started with Zero to Production. I haven't written any "actual" content yet, but I think I finally nailed down *who* I want to talk to, which should in turn help me crystallize the table of contents once and for all. Got past the blank page at least 😅🤠pic.twitter.com/iNYIV7sVgA

I feel targeting intermediate @rustlang users is going to fun and tricky at the same time: what should be assumed knowledge? What should instead be covered extensively? It's going to be a fine balance that will probably require tweaking over time.

Personally, I've been using rust for a little more than 3 years, and highly productive. I've managed to be productive without diving too deep into traits, patterns around traits. Big time trait implementer, infrequent trait author. Maybe that's weird, but it's certainly my gap.

I think it's fairly common for all of us to have surprisingly "mundane" blind spots, because for one reason or another we did not end up using that language feature. I have had for example extremely limited exposure to Mutexes or Box for most of my two years working with Rust.

Most importantly, it'll be fun. :)
