Maybe I’m too cynical but #KnowYourWorth just reads like a bunch of people with eye-watering US pay packets bragging about how much they earn under some veneer of doing social good.
It would also limit the risk of those numbers being used as anchor for future employers during negotiation.

I think that would defeat the initial purpose which is to help eliminate pay gaps due to gender or other factors. I believe the idea is to bring awareness to people who might be underpaid by seeing what others in similar situations are paid.

You could capture the gender/ethnicity dimension as another factor in addition to location, education and time in the industry, no?
