Opened an issue yesterday to include our implementation of the Realworld backend spec in @rustlang using Tide and Diesel - it took us some work, but it's ready
It would be great to get it merged before my talk at @RustLdnUsers

Realworld is like a To-do list application tutorial, but on steroid - a full Medium clone, managing articles, users, comments and likes. A good gym to understand what it feels like to write enterprise software with a language and a framework!https://github.com/gothinkster/realworld …

Our implementation is split in three sub-crates: web, domain and db. If you want to write a Realworld implementation using another Rust web framework, you can reuse domain and db, you just need to rewrite the web sub-crate. Same thing for Diesel: just replace the db sub-crate.

I'd love to compare what the code would look like using (async) Rocket or Actix 2.0. Sqlx instead of Diesel would also make for an interesting comparison.
