So much wisdom in The Phoenix Project book! I was completely enthralled by it. The first chapters felt like taking a trip down nightmare lane. So satisfying and eye opening to see how the team solved the dysfunctional marriage between IT and the business. Mandatory DevOps read!
I've read it yesterday, in a single sit. As a novel, it's honestly quite poor, but as a soft introduction to lean software practices and DevOps is definitely worth its weight! Right now I am noting down all books in the `Further Reading` section ;)
