    Good job Chief! It looks like you are trying to use your back and shoulder momentum to rise. Try engaging your core (belly) to assist. Imagine pulling your belly button into your spine as you rise.

    Hi everybody! It’s Alex! I’ve had my physio today. Here is a video of the nice bit. It is very hard but I am working hard. Thank you for all your support. I am going back to Kansas City in August for important scans & extensions to my metal femur.
