Imagine caring so little about the victims of child victims of rape and assault that you turn conspiracy theories about Jeffrey Epstein into a joke and sit silent as the president rehabilitates Epstein's legal defenders & the Attorney General stinks of a coverup around the death.

Ask about sexual assault prevention and response on campus. Ask how fraternities are regulated. Ask what kind of prevention training the football team gets. Ask about the expulsion rate in Title IX cases. (And show visible disappointment if it's low.)

The part I find most compelling are the lessons on un-learning a traditional feminine gender role. Basic stuff like, "You don't have to continue a conversation with a guy that you aren't enjoying just to be polite."

You can burn yourself out with your Warren/Bernie beef or you can direct your anger at a corporate media ecosystem that exists solely to shield capitalism from criticism by distracting us with horse race bullshit.

Things that NEED to be taught in US schools: - Personal finance. How much to save for retirement, keep in reserve, how to leverage debt properly. - "Harm reduction." Ranging from laws on amnesty from alcohol overdoses to how to unload a gun and administer Narcan. - Sex ed.

Tech twitter is dead ass debating on if it’s good idea to work 40+ hours a week rn. Toxic tech CEOs and investors are saying you won’t change the world like Gandhi or MLK unless you kill yourself for another ad tech startup you don’t own.

Gender & race are socially constructed categories. People who say "there are two genders" are, whether they know it or not, saying "there *should be* just two genders -- we should treat it as a binary category." The reason they don't acknowledge this ...

One way to render moot all of these arguments about who does & doesn't deserve to be treated with dignity & respect would be to just treat *everyone* with dignity & respect. Then your private opinions about the number of genders wouldn't matter! Sounds nice, no? </fin>
