    I couldn't have said it better! Luckly, some well known people are starting to shift towards this. Sadly, conference organizers don't trust upcoming speakers with non-technical talks for this reason.

    Solution might be for people who are popular in speaking about tech to make occasional transitions to human/community talks. It's harder for newer speakers to do so as they assume people may see them as technically unskilled for choosing that route (and they aren't wrong)

    Every company should have an channel in their internal communication tool. If this is not a topic for discussion and debate at all levels inside the company, it's very likely that products will suffer from voluntary/involuntary unethical design decisions
