    Focus on these four parameters to improve usability of your web design: 1. Visual - make it easy to see 2. Auditory - make it easy to hear 3. Motor - make it easy to interact with 4. Cognitive - make it easy to understand → Accessibility goals are also usability goals.

    Remote work: Day to day written team communication - staring at a screen Video meetings - staring at a screen Daily design work - staring at a screen Brainstorming and feedback rounds - staring at a screen Finding time away from screens before and after work is *so* important.

    one of my core ideation phase practices is sketching a few “wrong” solutions on purpose gets me out of my head, allows me to accept that “bad” ideas are part of the process, and sometimes i discover a gem that makes it to the final draft🤘
