Love is the answer. This was the prompt for one of my speeches in my public speaking class last semester Something to do with love being the answer I spoke about growing fires Let me explain ~Thread~
*I step away from the podium, and move to the table in the front of the room* "Imagine there's a campfire here on the table" "This is the fire of hate"
-
-
"Everytime you hate on an artist or song, all you're doing is adding sticks to their fire, helping them grow"

"But, if we ignore the hate fire, it'll just die down on it's own" "If there's no fuel, there's no fire" *I step away from the hate fire, I'm at the other side of the table now*

"Now imagine there's another fire here, the love fire" "This is the fire we need to be focusing on, adding sticks to, helping it grow"

"So next time just walk past the hate fire, ignore it, and add fuel to the love fire" "Talk about the music you love"

"Grow the love fires" "Because at the end of the day, love is the answer"

This is the main reason I *try* not to talk about things I hate It just helps them grow more Why would I want to help someone/something I hate grow more?

This doesn't only apply to music Think about this next time you begin to talk about anything/anyone you hate Remember what they say "Any press is good press"
