Statistically, this is a factoid: people start having sex in their teens/early 20s. I can't believe I was called into the office and rebuked for this. BY A SOCIAL WORKER/THERAPIST.

Almost certainly not. But “not normal” carries connotations that “unusual” or “rare” or such don’t. Especially if you figure a good number of cases of older virgins prob involve some level of neuroatypicality.
