He didn’t recall the plates. The state of Alabama did. No one worships Joe, but he’s not taken away any rights.

When I first saw this image, I thought the state objection was to "LGB" = Lesbian Gay Bisexual. I figured the person in the photo was in fact a supporter and respecter of individual sexuality.
