What’s the last thing you spent money on that you felt, in retrospect, was maybe the best money you ever spent?

This is bad, but also, the president should not be allowed to delete tweets.

I’m confused. How did we conclude that the best way to prepare kids for the future is to cluster them into a setting where they are organized by age, into grades, and forced to learn the same things, at the same time and pace, 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 12 + years? Huh?

Trump is running on criminal justice reform? Really? How exactly does that square with the fact that both of his AGs Jeff Sessions and Bill Barr have undone almost all Obama era justice and police reform, target progressive DAs, press policies of mass incarceration at every turn?

Have we ever had an impeached President, deliver the State of the Union address while he is on trial in the Senate? Given the audience in the room will be both his prosecutors and jurors on said trial.

All those who voted against witnesses and documents in Trump’s impeachment trial are complicit in a cover-up. A trial is a quest for the truth. But by not pursuing all the evidence, Senate Republicans have told the American people that the truth does not matter.

How to succeed as a designer and/or developer: - commit to lifelong learning - teach others what you know - do your best work every day - be magnanimous - be aware of your privilege - prioritize accessibility, diversity, and inclusion at all times.

Presidents are allowed to do whatever they want for any reason they want. Except black Presidents. Who aren't even allowed to lawfully appoint Supreme Court justices during their term.

. you're complicit in a based solely on your vote today. You were charged to seek the truth & protect our democracy, but you've granted impunity to the Executive branch that will be near impossible to check. Florida will remember.

so ridiculous. both in kavanaugh's hearing and this process, GOP does absolute minimum to rush it through while not allowing relevant testimony from further witnesses (or in this case, any witnesses).

All reports I'm seeing indicate the Republicans have the votes to block any witnesses after outright and unrepentant obstruction. This is some bleak shit.

My question to the Senate: In his impeachment, President Clinton was forced to testify. Why doesn't the same rule apply to the current Prez? He's a tough guy on Twitter- let's see how he does under oath...
