One of the thrills at the Book Club at Orange Art Gallery: surprising Iain Reid with an appearance by renowned mathematician and author Matilde Marcolli, who Iain wrote into his book We Spread.... you can hear his reaction next on All In A Day

After reading 'a We Spread set in a creepy eerie facility in the woods...I found myself staying in a wooded location with bedspreads that... matched the book cover. Not disconcerting at all. Looking forward to chatting with Iain and the All In A Day Book Club tonight

Throughout February, the "When Did You..." Black History Month series on featured some truly remarkable Ottawans in conversations I loved being there for. ICYM any of segments here they are in a handy-dandy thread 🧵 Huge thanks, to everyone, for being part of this.

this was a total treat of an interview, and such a solid, beautiful, surprising album. could've dissected it for hours with and her hamsters. (uh, maybe listen to the interview to understand that reference)

Loved hearing people's reactions to yesterday's Degrassi interview cbc.ca/listen/live-ra To win a copy of Linda Schuyler's book, email allinaday@cbc.ca explaining which Degrassi kid you most related to and why... (any generation, of course..)

Loved this interview! Alan Neal asked a question that was at the top of my mind after reading The Mother of All Degrassi — did Lucy’s car crash have any inspiration from Linda’s real life? Linda said “Yes! If there’s one character I relate to the most it’s Lucy Fernandez.” twitter.com/alannealottawa…

Has anyone else ever been on hold with a certain banking institution while somewhat ominous 1990s instrumental music plays? Where it feels like you're waiting for Madeline Stowe to discover Bill Pullman's body beside a fax machine?

I will admit to having been a little concerned when I arrived and I heard the phrase "we still have to train Margaret Campbell on the whip" but all seems fine
