right. perhaps because the feds were committing all the violence when everyone was jammed up at the justice center. now it's traveled over to the east side where portland police have taken over their terrorist duties once again

But that would’ve been July though, right? I think this is not accounting for violence against protesters if it’s an unlawful assembly or riot they don’t have to count it?

Question is: are they not counting protests at all? Or are they counting each protest as one use of force incident? I had assumed they were not going to be documenting each time they ‘brained’ someone with a baton during a bull rush.
