      OK, looks like there might be no limit on MAS apps: http://www.macworld.com/article/1157018/appstore_licensing.html … Download numbers make a lot more sense now.

      @ccgus yeaaaaaaah my girlfriend's workplace uses a single MAS account to make purchases for hundreds of users. She's trying to change that.

      @frijole @ccgus To be fair, it’s far from obvious how businesses are supposed to handle purchases from MAS.

          @duncanwilcox @al45tair @ccgus yup, first google result for "app store corporate purchasing" too. only excuse to steal is laziness or malice

          @frijole @duncanwilcox @ccgus But I don't think it’s reasonable to expect businesses to all discover that themselves (esp. smaller ones).

          @al45tair @frijole @ccgus so by the same reasoning it’s ok for businesses (esp. smaller ones) to buy a DVD and rip it for all staff members?

          @duncanwilcox @frijole @ccgus And that because Apple isn't making it clear enough.

          @al45tair for real you need to stop making excuses for companies (esp $500M ones) stealing from indie devs, and let me out of this canoe.

        9. Alastair Houghton ‏@al45tair 6 Mar 2015

          @frijole I'm not making excuses. I'm saying Apple should make it OBVIOUS. How is that controversial?

          @al45tair How is “Let me out of this canoe…I’m going to move on with my life.” controversial? Stop talking to me.

          @al45tair @ccgus there’s nothing fair about a $500m company stealing software 😓

          @frijole @ccgus indeed not. But it really isn't obvious how businesses are supposed to use the store.

          @al45tair @ccgus I see what you mean, but fail to see how it is relevant. And its pretty obvious these days, if you care to look. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
