Instant pot?
Oven. We thought about doing the instapot but at the moment we’re debating on getting another rubber seal for sweet things. It smells a little savory. Didn’t want our cheesecake to end up smelling a little like beans. Really hard to get smells out of rubber.

Just for another data point out seal stinks like tacos but has never transferred that flavor.
