Not all people want to stay at home. In New York, banned the ride on the subway, but everyone still does. In Washington, sakura blossomed, most of the people came to watch. Someone likes to be at home, but someone does not want it and will not do it.
Birthdays are weird during a pandemic. Apparently the feeling of being old doesn’t matter as much.
