Finally started playing the witcher 2. Never played the first one but was told I could skip it. Starting to wonder if that was a good idea. Having fun with it though.

First one is quite a slog. The soundtrack and story is very good tho. Combat not so much.
That’s my impression from other accounts. Still feel like I am missing out for some reason. Maybe I’ll watch a let’s play.

That's what I did in the end. Spent like 30 hours playing it, then decided to watch let's play. There are some complete one', around 8 hours or so.
