I feel like the doctors I get to meet are pretty cool and are genuinely caring and good at their job. Their staff make me not want to go to those doctors. Multiple Doctor's offices in my experience have this issue. #DontFightMeWhenIWantToGiveUMyMoney

Crazy how some great doctors have terrible front office staff! I wonder if it’s deliberate they employ mean gatekeepers or whether they’re oblivious to how their offices are run administratively
I don’t think it is their fault. It’s a rare person that wants to take care of the sick much less do their paperwork.
