It’s never about that, tho! Even if something seems out of reach at a moment in time it can be interpreted as motivating as well. We’re all at different points across the board at so many different things in life - there’s always something to improve at, it’s how you look at it

Shoulders are definitely a common challenge for a lot of people, you’re not alone there! It’s always good to play it safe around such crucial joints. And especially given your line of work I think that’s really smart :)
